Resident Evil: Vendetta (2017)

BIOHAZARD vendetta is the 3rd cgi resident evil movie which is supposedly a prequel to resident evil 7 on ps4 , xbox one , pc this movie is only for the fans of the capcom franchise if you're confused that alice isn't in these movies do your homework the movie reunites leon's voice actor matthew mercer from resident evil 6 he also voices levi ackerman in attack on titan and other animes and kevin dorman from avatar and real steel as chris redfield dissapointed that roger craig smith didn't reprise his role as chris from re6 the cgi is the best animation you'll ever see in a cgi movie would love to see another ghost in the shell movie with this type of cgi the action definitely keeps the movie going from start to finish has alot of vibes from the games but as a movie this is the 2nd time resident evil introduces rebeccca chambers the character from resident evil 0 who's now the main character in the movie she hasn't appeared in the rest of the games especially re6 could have been a better partner for jake leon's fight mvoves seemed to be inspired from john wick which starred keanu reeves the actor from the matrix , bill and ted's excellent adventure and more before watching vendetta i'd recommend playing all of the games and the cgi movies if you want as well do a marathon of the live action resident evil movies with milla jovovich still entertaing to watch when bored lastly i'd give it a 9/10 for the best movie adaptation from a game

The film seems like it had promise. It started out OK, even though everyone in the movie, including soldiers, are stupid enough to just stand there and look at the zombies until they get attacked by them. The villain had an interesting back story and seemed like he might have depth, but then he just gets comical towards the end. Near the end everything just gets even more silly, to the point of insulting your intelligence - even for a zombie movie! The heroes never run out of bullets and can get knocked across the room without as much as a limp. It's predictable and uninteresting. I was hoping the animated films might make up for the live action ones going downhill, but I've basically lost faith in this whole game franchise when it comes to films now.

I wait it for long, my hope get high, cause once again my favorite character Leon S. Kennedy wiill meet my second favorite character Chris Renfield, hope it will overstep ahead RE animation adaptation before (Read RE: Degeneration and RE Damnation), but i get goddamn wrong and this one is really disappointed as RE die hard fans, compare to RE Damnation. It whole trash and cgi-porn, okay i admit it, quality of animation is really good and candy in my eyes, but with their bad story, even good animation one can help it become less bad, tragic. Sorry, i understand for RE die hard fans like me, we still watch it no matter what review say, but i warn you, its really not worth your time, i wanna forget this one is ever exist and believe RE Damnation is the last one RE animation adaptation i ever watch, it far more beter than this one, in every aspect except mayv=be animation quality level.

They will spoiler essencial parts of RE Damnation in RE Vendetta.They changed the face of Chris Redfield and now he looks like the son of Chris Redfield and Freddie Mercury.# Review # This movie surprised me - it was okay to watch, even though it had some typical B-movie moments. I'm talking about "Zombie Dobermans chasing cars on a highway, throwing them through the air"-moments. This is the point where I usually decide to stop watching or continue but Resident Evil Vendetta was good enough to be watched til the end.The GCI-Quality was great and they had an eye for details. Dead zombies where bleeding out like in the old PS1 RE-Games (I started laughing every time a zombie died.). I also enjoyed the violence level in this movie, very well balanced.The story was okay - but too much melodramatic...a typical Japanese CGI-movie. You can watch this movie and you will not be bored.
