Ally Darling is realizing she's a little lost in life. Her latest romance has just fizzled out, and she's just been fired from her marketing job. Then she reads an eye-opening magazine article that warns that 96 percent of women who've been with 20 or more lovers are unlikely to find a husband. Determined to turn her life around and prove the article wrong, Ally embarks on a mission to find the perfect mate from among her numerous ex-boyfriends.

Just another Rom-Com, genuine and funny at most parts and of course ends like every movie of this genre ends(Not a spoiler!). Both the stars have played their parts well and overall a good entertainer with not so cringy one liners and stereotypes. There are some few peppy pop songs from the era the movie is from, but I wish there had been some complementing background score, which is more a miss than a hit. I wish the director had put some effort to go off the track in few parts of the movie but had decided to walk only in the path already taken, playing safe. Definitely a movie you would forget watching in 6 months, but well worthy of spending 2 hours on a lazy Sunday afternoon!
1/5/18. A decent chick flick that requires you to only enjoy Faris in her quest for "the perfect one." Somewhat predictable but fun to watch. It definitely helped to have a lot of good looking guys running around with Evans being the major attraction. Catch it if you like chick flicks.
So the female reads a story in a magazine (always a credible source of research there) that tells her she won't be likely to get married if she's slept with more than 20 guys. So she tries to get married to one of the former guys she slept with for the sake of making it in under 21. Yet, the guy she ends up with slept with 300+ women before her and he's a great guy? Another movie telling women they're the s word if they sleep around, and it's OK for guys to do it.
This is a funny movie with a good premise where the leads work well together. Anna Ferris decides she's to the point where she's reached her point where she's slept with "enough" men and needs neighbor Chris Evans's help in tracking down her exes in finding "Mr. Right." You know how it's going to turn out, but you have fun getting there. The scenes with the exes are absolutely hilarious, and Anna and Chris work well together. I also like the wedding scenes and the part at the beginning where she gets fired from her job. If you like comedies, this is perfect for you! I loved it and thought it was a harmless time-killer.*** out of ****
