Alan gets a map to some war treasure which the Japanese army left behind on a small Pacific island at the end of World War II. But some gangsters try to steal the map from him and so he hides on Charlie's boat which just leaves the harbor. He manipulates the ship's compass so that Charlie is not aware that he is sailing to the treasure island. beautiful film. As to the usual one, the usual negative comments which talk about a classical film some years 80 which everyone does not like it to the nostalgic ones are met.Sure Heros that this film had to have a judgment in this site. In fact reviewers' good part has put a high vote to the previous episodes. Because this contrast? I know the reason. Since assumptive reviewers' good part favorably sees the past and as the past is "better" than the present they have given several credit to the preceding episodes being still the last episode more explosive and spectacular. At this point should reject also the old episodes but there are here two weights and two measure. In fact also cinema masterpieces have been criticized and denigrated. Good part some reviewers of this site belong to the very bad reviewers. Better think separately with its head. arise the vote. ([email protected]) Shame

The less you expect from this film, the more you are likely to enjoy it. It's filmed on pleasant locations and has a nice carefree spirit, but as a comedy it is anemic and rather leisurely paced - only mildly amusing BEFORE the starring duo gets to the "desert" island, and even less amusing when they DO get there. There are no outstanding scenes, and the dubbing of Bud Spencer's character is problematic. (**)

This movie has Terence Hill who's uncle knows of an Island with buried treasure but Terence needs a boat to get to it. He lost all the money he needed for the trip to a local gang of toughs, so he keeps his money and runs away. With the gang after him, Terence hides on Bud Spencer's boat, which is getting alot of media coverage becuase Bud bet $20,000 that he can circumnavigate the globe. Bud gets suspicious when his beer and food start to dissapear, so he makes a clever trap that Terence falls into. They both fall off the boat in a fight and swim to a deserted island of "BONGO BONGO" inhabited by some funny natives, one who has a pair of glasses. The Trinity boys look for treasure, but gay slave trading pirates are in the way, a Japanese soldier who doesnt know World War 2 isnt over starts shooting at them......the movie gets funnier and funnier! The fights are great! Really suggested for T+B fans, this is one of thier best, belive me! Find a bootleg of "Who finds a Friend Finds a Treasure!" from someone, it's grand, some funny stuff going on here! The theme song "Movin Cruisn" will stick in your head for days! Thanks for reading! My vote: 8/10

It's gone some years since I saw this movie, but I remember it as one of the funniest Bud Spencer films. Spencer is on a desert (he thinks) island to search for a treasure, but soon he got some company from some bandits who (several times) ends up with broken bones and black eyes.If you like Jackie Chaan-movies you probable like this one.
