It features one of the worst direction and storyline. The CGI is pathetic and cinematography below even a low budget movie. The premise might have been passable, but the movie fails before it even runs up to take off. Very poorly researched and logically implausible to be called a "biopic". If a submarine starts leaking and compressing before it reaches 300 metres, how can it even sustain a fall below that, let alone make somersaults in the water after being battered? If the motive of the film was to generate patriotism, I have no doubt in saying that this movie is an insult to the Indian Navy.

Men with raging testosterone will love this film; and being a war film it is no more than a propaganda machine to recruit more such men into the war syndrome of hatred, vengeance and more testosterone wars.No doubt then that Pakistan and India are where they are today hating each other, while the world has moved on to make progress. If these two countries exerted so much effort & will at working together rather than working against each other, surely both the countries would be a better place.Time for "testosterone war men" to (think) and work for peace, not war. Peace.

Reasons to watch this film: 1. It's an India's first underwater/war-at-sea film. 2. The Ghazi Attack is inspired by true events from the Indo- Pakistani war of 1971.The film is all about the Indo-Pakistani war of 1971 between two submarines INS Karanj (S21) (INDIA) and Ghazi (PAKISTAN). Hats off to Sankalp reddy for making this movie to Hollywood level because the way he elevated the story and screen played was awesome. The first hero of the movie is Kay Kay Menon (Captain), he has taken the movie to the top level with his extraordinary action and he said about success is that "Success will never come to us easily, it comes through so many struggles"Rana Daggupati is a second hero of the film, he has lifted the entire second half with his best performance and emotional frame of mind. Music is a part of every scene to be effective, here Krishna Kumar (K) did that fantastic background music.Last but not the least our Producer Prasad V Potluri (PVP), in spite of having all the talents to make one film like this in front of an audience is not possible without a financial supporter, this credit goes to the PVP.Message from the movie: All the Indians are living safely because of our soldiers are protecting us from enemies at the border. Bottom line: Hats off to all "INDIAN SOLDIERS" and every Indian should watch this movie.Jai Hind.

You don't get bored any time. You can enjoy more if you don't know the actual story. The movie builds up good till interval and runs parallel to history, but towards the later half, in process of adding thrill to the original story, the depiction becomes a bit unrealistic and hard to digest and ends up being over-dramatised! Nevertheless, the cast is great. KK Menon is once again phenomenal. Tapsee takes mannequin challenge into the movie. Rana plays fine. Conclusively, the movie can be called a one-time watch for the sake of portraying the pivotal mission triggering 1971 war.
