I Never really attached to the emotion of any movies but this movie makes me laugh cry and feel..According to me this movie is way more effective than any other movie. and the actors are the Soul of this movie every actor in the movie touches your heart. Shahrukh khan is amazingly-amazingly brilliant , Kajol Excel and Rani was awesome ..The Director Karan Johar made his best till now...And this movie will give entertainment to coming generation and their generation. The Only thing i just want to say..Don't miss this movie And no doubt this movie must watch before die..Don't want to reveal the story you yourself should experience it..

Most of the reviewers have liked this movie, as is indicated by the high rating it has garnered. Some people have disliked parts of this movie, which is also understandable. What I cant understand is a few people calling this movie totally trash, worthless. There is no point in repeating here what has already been posted. Let me just highlight some of the things, that i liked.I loved this movie for all those beautiful moments captured wonderfully. The nature of relationships, be it father-daughter, or the friendship between Rahal and Anjali. the interactions between Salman and Reema Lagoo's characters. the hostel warden and Anjali. the special bonding between the young Anjali and her grandmother. even the little romantic/courtship track of Shahrukh and Rani was reasonably well portrayed.some of the special scenes include the school competition where Anjali has to speak about her mother. the way Kajol realizes that she needs to distance herself from Shahrukh and Rani. the way Rahal holds Tina's hand while consoling a sobbing Anjali. the moment when Rahal and Anjali finally come face to face after eight long years at the summer camp, and they r so full with emotions, they cant even shake hands properly. the scene where Kajol is watching TV at the summer camp, and Shahrukh says i love u Anjali. and in the next moment, he says Anjali is his eight year old daughter. thats one of my all time favorite scenes. other scenes too, like when it starts raining, and Shahrukh and Kajol do that silent dance. There are so many fine touches to this movie. to be honest Karan has steadily lost his magical touch over the years. this was his best effort, K3G was nice/tolerable, KANK was a nice attempt, which somehow lost its way somewhere along the way. it came across as depressing, suffocating. my name is khan was a disaster, no matter what Karan may feel about it himself. and student of the year is almost unmentionable.

Five words This movie was my childhoodHonestly this is one of the best films of Bollywood. It was everyone's childhood ...or at least everyone i know and had amazing songs It made you laugh and it made you cry I absolutely love Rani Sharukh khan and even Kajol.. Excellent acting amazing storyline and even now in 2013 I'd watch it over again to bring back the memories. It really never gets old :). If you have not seen this film yet I recommend watching it even now. Even if the school life might seem slightly outdated you'll love everything about it. It's a classic. I don't know how any Bollywood fan can go through their life without kuch kuch Hota hai :)

never really liked shah rukh khan's acting... always the same, i don't see any difference. ever since DARR movie he stuck to this weird stuttering... over-acting... bacially he's always so over-rated... tried a lot to be funny but too bad... collage scenes AWFULLLLL... looked way older for collage students... very bad taste when it comes to clothes choices... don't really understand y salman khan was in a supporting role, he's much better then that. a lot of crying, AGAIN a lot of stuttering for no reason what so ever. Kajol has always been good in movies but poor choices i guess sometimes... all the sets looks like candy(colours barf)... all in all not worth it..
