I came across this did for a £1.00 at the old woolworths store, full uncut version.I thought it be another low budget attempt at a zombie film...i was wrong.Eric Avari (The Mummy) plays somewhat of a mad scientist transferring a dead female colleague in a chriogenic freezer with a armed guard on a 747 plane from Los Angeles to Paris, after a bit of turbulence the freezer breaks down and she is awake and turns into a zombie and starts to infect all on board. This film does have its small comedy bits but its a 100 per cent gore fest for those who enjoys a good Zombie movie.

A decent entry on the zombie sub-genre, 'Flight of the Living Dead' takes the usual zombie epidemic to an original place: a 747 flying from LA to Paris. During the flight, a mysterious scientific experiment that was being transported escapes, unleashing the zombies upon the unsuspecting passengers.'Flight' does not follow the Romero zombie film's, as in it isn't slow nor does it have a social commentary hidden in it. Instead, it is a gory, somewhat intense, and above all fun horror picture. The zombies are crawling through the airplane and can appear anywhere at any time; once there is an attack in the bathroom, and later some start coming from the floor. The acting is not bad, which is surprising for a movie like this (where good or even decent acting tends to be rarely found). The effects are okay, but the setting of the plane is what really steals the show. There is an incredible lack of logic in here though, especially the ending (which seems to invite a sequel) and the shoot outs in the plane, but the film's violent fun is enough to make this a decent movie overall. After all, this film main goal is to entertain and it accomplishes its task well.

Even "1" star is way too high a score. This film is so bad it actually does not even deserve a review, so I have used the following sentences to give you an idea of its quality. "Show me a freshly painted wall, I'll watch it dry." "Help me! My brain has started to melt and it has only been 10 minutes." "I love custard pies in the face." "Pass me that bucket I'm going to be sick." "Please can I have my brain back?" "Take my eyes and ears away!" "Oh whoops I've stepped in dog pooh." "My TV has fallen in love with a sledgehammer."The above sentences represent the viewing experience from start to end.Take care everyone and may all your dreams come true! :D
