Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert (2008)

Okay. I wasn't into the whole Hannah craze but recently took custody of a daughter I didn't know I had and she begged me for this so I got it for her plus I'm a huge fan of 3D movies. This really worked in anaglyph (red-blue) glasses. The good thing is that Disney didn't seem interested in throwing things in your face which is good in anaglyph because it works. You really get the sense you are in the auditorium at the concert. The few gripes I have is that she really can't sing very well and I'm not a fan of throwing your daughter out there in the public's eye and claiming she's something she isn't. Billy Ray Cyrus has been an idol of mine for a long time since the 90's but I can't get behind the fact that he's disappeared from the music scene and decided to pimp his daughter out to Disney like this. That being said, Disney did put out an extremely good DVD for this release and I can't fault them for that. Really works well in anaglyph and happy that someone figured out how to use the format this well. Just wish they could do so in the future on upcoming titles like Bolt. Of course with all the 3D films coming out few companies are interested in presenting the home audience with 3D releases which is kind of sad. Overall this was a really good release and worthy of what 3D could be in home showings. Didn't care for her singing or songs for that matter but reminded me of what can be done with anaglyph.

OK. I'll be honest. I am a 19 year old guy who went to see this with a few on my friends(18 years old) and we enjoyed it immensely. Haha. I am quite fond of Hannah Montanas little poppy catchy songs(and I like hard rock music, go figure!) I was singing along with my friends and we just had fun. Thats what this movie is about, just have fun with it. The 3D was pretty good, made it feel like you were at a concert and all. Just plain fun. Though, my one issue is I really do not like how Disney exploits its stars at all. But none the less, the movie was just fun. :D Any little Hannah Montana fan will be fond of this, to bad its not in theaters anymore(even though this was Disney just trying to make more millions of its produce i.e-Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus).

this movie was the best movie i saw.i got in trouble seeing this movie but i don't care because it was worth it. smiley Cyrus is so hot in that movie. its better watching the movie than going to the concert because you have to pay hundreds of dollars and the movie only cost fifteen dollars and also it in 3-d come on now it s even better. you go Hannah. also the show is even better she is doing so good in the show. she has the number one album in the world. can't you see here she is just the best.and yes we know that she disappointed us with the pictures but hey she is growing up come leave her alone she is not going to be a little kid forever you know that. bye now, see the movie it's worth it.

i saw this movie with my sister of course she enjoys it because she likes her on the other hand the 3-d part of this movie is just a big scam if u want to see a good movie you should at least see the comments and ratings it gets before you decide to waste your money as I did in my opinion it is a waste of time but if you are an adult who wants to bring their children for the fun and enjoyment, then this movie is a great choice. You are better off watching Hannah Montana on television for free. You get to see her act and sing instead of paying $15.00 for one ticket. Like I said though if you want go for the little ones and see what they think of it, because the only reason i believe people think this movie is a musing is because it's 3-d but, I thought it wasn't at all.
