I love cheesy love movies but this, wow somebody turn that music off...not up, off! It really ruined it. The running with the shirt off takes up half the movie. But the music takes up 99% of the movie. Who the h decided on this? It could be in the musicals genre. You try to turn up the volume to hear them talk and instead you get this crappy music blaring. My suggestion. ...mute and put the subtitles on. I can put up with a lot...matterr of fact im still tolerating the movie cause I have to finish but I did create an account cause I feel people need to know about it. What do I not want for Christmas? The worlds longest movie soundtrack ever.
I have watched a few Christmas films, but Fairytale Christmas (Belle) is by far my favorite. Haylie Duff and Nicholas Gonzalez are great. Will be looking out for more films of them. I hope more are on the acting role. Love them both. Thank you, I loved this. I think Nicholas is a great actor, also Haylie. I have recorded it so can watch it as often as I want. Best Wishes to them both. ☺ I must admit I did not know the actor and actress until watching Fairytale Christmas but I will be waiting for more films. Please keep up filming. 😊 I have seen Haylie in another Christmas film. I have learnt more from Google about them. Very impressed. Mr Gonzalez I would love a signed photograph but you have no fan club.
Christmas Belle(or A Fairytale Christmas in other countries)tells the tale of a young woman named Isabelle(played by Haylie Duff who is Hilary Duff's older sister)who has to go off to a countryside where a mansion is been sold by a cynical arrogant young man named Hunter(played by Nichloas Gonzalez)who is grieving over the death of his former fiancé Helen. Since then he is acting like this to Isabelle and later the two start to fall in love with each other(yes people this movie is very predictable right from the go ahead of this movie). But problems arise when Tony(who happens to have a crush on Isabelle and thinks that she is into him but isn't into him at all)shows up and ruins her romance with Hunter. Can she ever be with him and if so who will she choose to spend the rest of her life with Tony or Hunter?Overall I was right once I seen this movie as SPOILER ALERT she ends up with Hunter and they get married in the barn and he doesn't sell the house after but having said that I really enjoyed this movie. Sure like I said its thoroughly predicable but as a lover for romantic films like 13 going on 30,Enchanted or even A Walk To Remember it was a nice film to watch this holiday season. Also I notice A lot of similarities between this and Beauty & The Beast like you've got a grumpy arrogant jerk who isn't really like that(check),a man who is in love with a woman who isn't into him and his obnoxious (check),a budding romance between the man who was a jerk to the girl(check),happy ending(check)and proclaim their love for each other the once cynical man and the girl who brought out his best side(check).Overall if you are looking for something to watch as there is nothing on TV,then check it out.Ps This was on yesterday on 5 star and I didn't get to see it only a few minutes ago online so be sure to watch it if you are a hopeless romantic like me.My only issue with it was that bloody music which is seriously annoying and they play that piano in a sad beat over and over again.
I love holiday romance movies. This one was a disappointment. It was so formulaic that I called out the next action before it happened. The actors were interesting and the boys are pretty. The scenery was gorgeous. The music was the typical holiday romance music, but rather than enhancing the romance, it seemed to try and replace what was missing in the story and rather distracting. A tighter script with fewer distracting side stories and better editing could have made this one I'd want to watch every year. Also, better character development would have been helpful for the lead and the anti-hero guy who was nothing more than an annoying plot point (despite the pretty).
