When Montstuart confronts foreman Westbrook, the foreman threatens him with a knife. In self-defence, Montstuart shoots him. Now, he has to flee.

Unfortunately, a ring Foster had just given Irene is found at the crime scene. Foster ends up defending Jack, but when the ring is found, he thinks he is protecting Irene, so pleads guilty to jury tampering.

It was created by animator Bob Clampett, who later reused its core characters in the animated Beany and Cecil series. The show won three Primetime Emmy Awards for best children's show.
