At a time when this country stands on the edge of a catastrophe this film is a superb record of the deceit, lies and duplicity that has led us to this position. It is extremely thought provoking, at times emotional but overall a necessary historical record of the looming disaster. It needs to be shown far and wide, particularly at film festivals in Europe and beyond. Well done to the makers of this excellent documentary.

It is time for the whole nation to watch this film. We have had a national think-in to understand the anger and resentments that led to the leave vote, and we are getting more and more understanding of how that vote was helped over the line by highly questionable methods. But these insights do not add up to an understanding of where we are now, and how to justify turning back the clock on what has been presented as the will of the people. It is time for a documentary film treatment of the highest calibre to convey the stories of emotional engagement under attack, and the positive European perspectives that can be found in the Remain camp across the UK. It is time to hear how Polish airmen shot down more German planes in the Battle of Britain than British airmen. These are people whose voices have only begun to be heard since the referendum. This film does justice to their converging vision of a future connected with Europe. Only the mean of spirit should be willing to jettison this vision without ever being properly exposed to it, without attempting to understand it. This film is required viewing for all.

Whatever your views on Brexit, this film is well worth watching for detailed analysis of the issues. It is evidence-based and very clear in its arguments. A particular strength is its wide-ranging non-metropolitan scope, with input from contributors around the UK that reveal the complexity of the situation and its possible implications. The questions affecting Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are discussed incisively. This is an important film that makes an excellent contribution to current debates. I enjoyed seeing it in a small arts venue where it was followed by a lively discussion, but it should be shown on television as soon as possible so that it can feed into wider public conversations at this critical moment.

This film is an epic documentary that exposes the truth behind the 2016 Brexit referendum. More importantly it paves the way forward for people who remain undecided about whether Brexit is a good idea. The film looks at the underlying socio economic and cultural reasons that drove the decision and asks Leave voters and Remainers alike to consider "is Brexit worth it".Featuring interviews spanning the heady heights of the apex of the Remain movement right down to ground floor activism.A telling moment of the EU's involvement is when they built a bridge across a river in a town in Ireland divided by what was euphemistically called "the troubles". We need more bridges and not walls to co-exist in a global village. Brexit is a mistake, driven by the votes of people who rightly felt left behind but who wrongly pointed the finger of blame towards Europe when the real culprits were much closer to hand.Watch the film. Organise an event in your town to show it. Talk about it. Never give up.
