I have just watched the movie on Netflix with my youngest, just as I had watched it with my older two kids 10 years ago. It stands up the test of time. Sweet, cute, wholesome, and with a delightful soundtrack.
Most movies have elements to make it look beautiful.. Curious George is one of those movies.The film has an understandable storyline, great voice acting done by comedic actors and a very cute George!The highlights of the film (for me) were :1. It is masterfully shot. Like when George doing some 'parkour' on the building, the camera was shooting at impressive angles.2. The lighting/shading was very impressive and appealing to viewers. I see this element on very few animated movies.It is a fun movie, George still has his curious elements, it was exciting and adventurous to watch and I give it a 10 out 10!
this movie was better than i was expecting.it's lite heated,funny and great fun for the whole family.it's also very touching.there nothing in this movie that can't be watched by any age group.kids should lobe it,and it's also engaging enough for adults.i think the story is interesting enough for both kids and adults.it's n9ice to know there is still some quality family entertainment that really is for the whole family.i also thought the voice actors fit the characters perfectly.if you're a parent,you can set your r child down by themselves ,knowing they are watching something which is perfectly kid friendly,and you might like it as well.for me Curious George is an 8/10
Inspiring and (sort of) eye-catching words that describe this film:Colourful, friendly, animal-orientated, funny, exciting, well-plotted, cute, yellow, enjoyable, gorgeous, lovely, well-worth-watching!Not only all that, but this film also has songs sung by the one and only Jack Johnson! :-)This film starts with a wee monkey/ape called George in Africa, who is very curious about everything in the jungle around him, even some animals who would rather not have his company! All in all he is rather lonely and not as happy as he could be...Meanwhile, in New York, a man called Ted works in a museum with a business going underway. Ted decides to do something which will bring popularity to the museum, but it's going to be difficult...Not all adults may like it, but otherwise, enjoy "Curious George"! :-)
