The Hills Have Eyes II (2007) is one of the worst if not the worst horror film I've seen. I didn't really care for the first film, but it wasn't just completely awful like this one. At least it had some things going for it. This film is a classic example of just churning out a stupid pointless sequel without caring whether its actually good or not, just because you wanna make more money. The actors aren't good at all at playing their 2 dimensional characters, characters that the film gives you zero reason to care about. The plot is just run of the mill and bland, and the execution of that plot is just lazy and dull. The visuals are even more grim and disgusting than the first, especially the opening scene. I can deal with gore and some graphic content as long as you give me a quality film to go with it. If a few scenes are graphic, that's fine as long as I care about the characters or whats going on. But I just couldn't here and to be honest the hour and a half felt longer because the whole time I was wondering when or if this film was gonna get any better. 1/10 for The Hills Have Eyes 2, not worth anyone's time, not even if you like these types of films.

(Originally seen many years ago) I have never seen the first one, and I never will, because this absolute pile of garbage is among the nastiest pieces of inhumane garbage I have ever seen. This time the army are attacked by vile creatures, the creatures slash them, stab them and you get the rest, but what makes it even more revolting is the fact one of them rape's a woman so she can have baby mutants, I could have vomited, if I weren't familiar with the ugliness in these alleged horror films. I hate these film's with a passion, film's like this and Wolf Creek and the Halloween remakes are designed to entertain people while people are brutalised for the studio's profit. I hate every one of these vicious exercises in sadism, they are repulsive, nasty pieces of filth. 0/10

The first "The Hills Have Eyes" creeped me out so of course I had to see the second. This time the good guys have guns (in my best southern accent).A military unit was sent out to the New Mexico desert to bring aid and supplies. Of course, when they get to the seemingly abandoned outpost they run into the rejects of The Toxic Avengers.I was thinking, "OK now. Now we got some bad mofos with guns, it's about to be on. These circus side show freaks are about to get dealt with military style!" Oh yeah, I was hyped.Of course there wouldn't be much of a movie then if that happened. After all, these missing links did survive nuclear testing, so what're a few dudes with guns? Prepare for some serious casualties in horrific fashion and more mutant on human violence.

i cant believe the studio approved this for release, it was horrible, it certainly would not be calling for these national guards men to come to my aid, they are written into the script as stupid, incompetent, and have no common-sense at all, it was painful to watch, , when they arrive at the scientist camp site which is deserted they seem to feel nothing is wrong, even after they fail to contact them, they then spot a mirror signal on a hill which they then decide must be one of the missing scientists, so with no concern what so ever they pack up and leave..what follows is a disaster, watch at your own peril, this movie is by far the worse iv seen, and iv seen some bad ones. i wont waste my time writing a long boring review..even though my review would be a better read then the movie would be to watch.
