Following a worldwide zombie outbreak, a small band of outlaws in the post-apocalyptic wasteland band together to drive out a demented psychopath that has taken control of an army of zombies and stop her before she turns the rest of the human race into the creatures. This here was quite a decent enough effort. One of the best points found here is the fact that there's quite a lot to like here regarding the exploits of the different clans at war here. There's a lot to really like about how this one sets up the whole storyline about the downfall of civilization and turning it back into the Old West backdrop which in turn sets up the war at the heart of the film. Using the zombies as a soldier for the evil army is a fun idea that really gets a lot of play here with the film's big action scenes here featuring the zombies attacking, from the opening ambush of the defenseless town being overrun by the creatures, the bloody bar-fight that thins out the herd and the blazing battle with the zombies at the supply depot out in the desert which offer plenty of big thrills. The later half all features tons of big action scenes against the zombies as well, from the shootout in the whorehouse to the battle in the underground mines with the zombies to the massive finale where the zombies overrun the town and forces everything into a sense of chaos. Featuring everything going wrong at once as the zombie hordes going crazy and ripping everyone to pieces as well as unleashing plenty of strong gunfights to finally put everything down, the high-energy sequence gives this a really strong finishing stand against the zombies and the ensuing rampage works giving this one plenty of action. Alongside the great-looking zombie makeup and plenty of bloodshed, there's a lot to like here while holding it up over the few minor flaws. The biggest issue against this one is the fact that the film never really bothers to develop any kind of coherent story as this one seems to just ramble on incessantly for no real reason at times. There's never an explanation for why the whole army comes together and what the whole point of the zombie army is supposed to accomplish other than she somehow got to control them which is another facet that's never explained. This one doesn't give anything about why or how they obey her, and overall it really seems forced in how the whole apocalypse happens. The other minor issue with this one is the CGI gore which crops up far too often here and stands out for how bad it is being CGI blood-splatter which is all the worse. These here are the film's biggest issues.Rated Unrated/R: Graphic Violence and Language.

It's not the movie of the year, far, very very veeeery far from that. But, well...I enjoyed it. Despite the ridiculous acting of Apocalypta and a hardly believable scenario, the whole thing gets itself together and is surprisingly entertaining. The action is decent enough to keep you hooked and the rhythm of the whole thing doesn't give you too much of a break to think about the plot holes. All in all it was a fun experience which I would recommend to any lover of braindead zombie movies (no pun intended). Or anyone who doesn't mind indulging into some Syfy productions.

If you think that a bunch of 1990's boy-band singers getting together to make a zombie/western movie in 2016 was a bad idea, you'd be right. It looks and sounds exactly like what you'd imagine; just awful.Looking at the disparity in the votes between male and female on this one makes me think a large number of women, who were about 14 in 1995, checked in to scope out their old crushes, and they still have a thing for them (it would explain all the "10" votes for this). Nothing wrong with old infatuations, but I think their fond memories of these guys had them overlooking some very big flaws in Dead 7.A good screenplay is the basis for any good film, and good actors are needed to get those words effectively on screen. This movie has neither of those things. In fact, this is just tough to watch all the way through. There is nothing here to draw your interest. No sympathetic characters, no witty banter, not even any fancy CGI. I'm not a big fan of desaturated color in films either, and Dead 7 really overdoes it. If you want to take that much color out of a film, just make a black and white movie. The point is, unless you were a huge fan of the Backstreet Boys, 'NSync, O-Town or 98 Degrees, you're just wasting your time watching this.

I had to watch because I just love some 90s boy bands but this movie was just bad? Was there a real plot to this no...the acting was hilariously bad, accents went in and out mid sentence and where was Aaron carter?? Come on nick you should have casted your brother to get all the feels. The zombie makeup was really really terrible as well. And the extra girls that you casted... Who wears pearls and has time to straighten there hair in a post apocalyptic world? But I totally appreciated all the 90s sunglasses but I'm pretty sure they used an Instagram filter for the whole movie! I will love you guys for life but this was just so bad we had to watch show me what you got after just to get back our backstreet boys love!!! Sorry guys stick to what your good at singing and dancing.
