Despite what its title suggests, Pills for Aurelia is not a drama about a medical emergency. It is instead a suspenseful World War II action movie about the Polish underground. A team of men are assigned by the Underground to retrieve a cache of weapons from outside of Krakow within 72 hours so that they can be used in another operation. However, complications arise when the driver of the unit is replaced at the last minute by a man nobody else on the team knows. The movie is short and sweet with interesting visuals and mounting suspense. Similar to Andrez Wajda's Kanal, and while it is maybe not quite in that movie's league, it is still very much worth watching.
