One hooker found hanging in a meat van, another is sawed in half while a policewoman is mercilessly slashed to pieces. More misogynistic filth from Poland, a sequel to a film which didn't require one in the first place - and get this, more sequels were to follow! Everything about this is exactly the same as the first one, from the dodgy eyeball closeups to the shaky camera angles and music. Even the sets are the same! The sequel isn't as shocking but it's still pretty unpleasant, unless the sight of naked women getting electrocuted and knifed to death sounds like your kind of thing (and if it does, you seriously need psychiatric help).Once again, every female in the cast is reduced to a mere sex object, simply yet another victim for the villain (same villain as the first, no further substantial clues to his identity - this is more vague than the conspiracy arc from THE X-FILES!). The gore effects are tacky and the direction exploitative and cheap. Furthermore, it drags terribly and doesn't have a beginning, middle or an end. What more can I say? What a way for Poland to go into the new millennium...

These movies will always remain a mystery to me. I have no idea what they are supposed to be and what genre to place them in. It isn't horror, it isn't fantasy, it isn't porn...it's simply nothing. This movie is almost entirely the same as its first predecessor. It also got made by the same crew and even stars most of the same cast, even though everybody is playing a totally different role this time. So, it's a sequel that isn't expanding on the first movie. It's simply doing the same stuff all over again, including all of its many flaws. This time around there is even less story, which makes the movie all the more annoying. Just like its predecessor it also keeps dragging on and on with all of its killings, that aren't even enjoyable to watch for the lovers of gore and violence. The movie remains easy on the eyes with its pleasant visual style, that for some part manages to conceal the movie its low budget. But the director himself also seems to be really in love with the visual style, since he is often overdoing it. The guy doesn't know when to stop, just like this movie-series doesn't know to stop. There are 4 movies out already and who knows, maybe we'll get even more in the future.A big waste of time, even though it's a very short movie.3/10http://bobafett1138.blogspot.com/

I prefer to watch a sexy horror movie than a low budget gorefest. Therefore I enjoyed this film. I don't want to give away the whole plot but it is more than just your typical serial killer type tale. It is the kind of film I have been looking for for a long time and thought would not exist. Sexy Eurpoean ladies, extreme situations, stylish, great music from Frank Cossack. Maybe it is slow in places but its still worth the purchase (nice cover too). Imaginative and very erotic....I can think of no other film like this for style and content. If you are looking for a bloody gorefest then go somewhere else I say....but appreciate that this is in a league of its own.

Film fans have struggled long and hard to try and make a case for Jess Franco Dario Argento Jose Laraz et al as misunderstood genii, struggling in the lower depths of cinema crafting unrecognized and unsung masterpieces . Trevor Barley has blown the gaff with his 'Fantom Kiler' series showing that the only important quality that any of these giallos-euro shockers have for their fans is the visceral thrill of seeing attractive and generally naked women sliced and diced . TB has opted for the graphic approach eschewing the atmosphere plot suspense and other attempts at providing entertainment employed by his role models. Given the apparent budget I'm sure he has made some money from his efforts, hopefully enough to pay his legal fees if the worthies from the Office of Trading Standards or the Police notice him and enquire why he has not submitted his films to the British Film and Video Classification procedures required by all films distributed in the UK.
