MONTAUK CHRONICLES: WEIRD, SPOOKY, SCARY.The colors scheme, editing, and overall presentation reminded me more of a David Lynch movie or Italian and horror Sci-Fi, rather than the usual Ancient Aliens. More Disney's Fantasia than UFO Hunters so it was lovely to experience something different for a change. Story and narration were clear, the cinematography was consistently gorgeous and deep, and it was fast two hours. The music was pure synth indulgence and worth listening to outside of the movie. It was a fine example of independent filmmaking in every way. I personally enjoyed it, even though the stories really can't be proved. The government has messed with people for a very long time so that part is true. I think that part is open to interpretation.

A must see documentary on the Mk Ultra mind programming in Montauk. It's not asking your opinion, just watch it and learn from it. Well filmed and well put together. So glad I found it. True terror that is mind expanding and enlightening. A movie for the higher mind that shows what the US government got up to in the 70's onward.

This movie is excellent! A great docudrama - documentary with cinematic recreations. Not only was it well researched with great information, it is an awesome film visually and artistically. It displays a lot of creativity and soul which many films today are lacking. Scifi, horror, creepy reenactments, haunting score, beautiful cinematography, in- depth interviews and information... This movie is top notch and has all the right elements. This is BY FAR the best information out there on the Montauk Project. You can tell the interviewer was good, because the subjects were more open and relaxed than in other videos. The director did a great job of presenting the information in a very objective, unbiased manner, in a way that can reach both those who have studied this conspiracy and those who are new to it.This is the first time someone actually did some investigating and did justice to these men and their stories. I appreciate the approach that was taken in this movie - it was kept tangible and understandable. He kept it focused on the aspects of the project that are very believable, such as the mind-control aspect, which if you've done any research you know our government participates in (i.e. MK Ultra). The director did an incredible job with this, especially for a subject that is extremely obscure and with very little to go on! I have yet to see a silly YouTube video that can hold any ground. The YouTube videos everyone keeps talking about mostly consist of poorly conducted interviews, or people who had nothing to do with the alleged project repeating information they have heard from said interviews. The movie was beautifully executed. It's what a movie should be - ENTERTAINING! If he wanted to, he could have slapped together a load of YouTube videos and made a piece of garbage to appeal to the conspiracy junkies who think they know what happened as if they were there. This movie is a true piece of artwork and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately, negative people are more vocal than positive people when it comes to reviewing things. Give this movie a shot - You won't be disappointed. Excellent job. I can't wait to see what he comes out with next.

Not worth the 3 year wait for this documentary! It should have been a LOT better, the 2 star rating was for Al & Preston, certainly NOT for Stewart Swerdlow, as after doing a bit of research on him, it's more likely than not that he's a conman/dis-informer/mind control slave PROGRAMMER!Google - "Stewart Swerdlow Scam" or "Stewart Swerdlow Conman"I've researched The Montauk Project a lot, I've watched possibly every YouTube video related to the subject, I've listened to all Michael Houtzager's audio interviews with Al Bielek, Preston Nichols, Duncan Cameron, Stewart Swerdlow & Larry James, & I've read all of Peter Moon's & Preston's books, & Stewart Swerdlow's too... This documentary just doesn't go deep enough into the rabbit hole, & I imagine for a first timer it would be difficult to grasp the full picture, they should of gone into more details about the project & the events, for example... The Nazi's, & the Nazi gold connection is never fully explained & mentioned, Duncan Cameron is only mentioned very briefly, the creature released at the end of the Montauk Project is only touched upon, & the pictures of it are never shown! Al & Duncan going to Mars & time travel is only mentioned VERY briefly too...!?!?! The connection to The Philadelphia Project is never mentioned either... There is so much missed out, it really can't be taken seriously for anyone researching the subject!!!The movie part was grossly exaggerated too, there's an alien scene, whereby a "grey alien" has fangs with saliva dribbling down from them, as if it's a vampire or something... I mean com'on...!?!? It's just insulting people's intelligence, & disgracing Al & Preston's accounts!!!Sounds petty, but it's attention to detail, as this is a massively important & horrifying story that needs to be taken seriously, & retold as accurately as possible for the survivors sake, & the unfortunate people who didn't make it!!!! Especially when the movie took so long to make...........In short, it was a big disappointment, it could have been done a LOT better, & does no credit whatsoever to the original story... It's nothing but a flashie attempt at a documentary trying to win an award, & make a few dollars off the back of Al & Preston's story at the same time... Don't waste your life... Save your money! Or buy beer instead........
