It was pretty good and I really enjoyed the documentary feel. However, Shay's character was in need of some reforming. I felt her character was really weak and not well developed. Also, it did have heavy levels of predictability and some cheesiness. I also liked the part where we see things from the spirit world point of view. The ending did feel incomplete, I felt like it shouldn't have just ended with Michael dying and finding out he is a ghost. It should have built upon that and shown more into the spirit world perhaps even met up with the other characters who had died.

When I started the movie I didn't expect a lot of it. But after seeing the first 10 minutes I couldn't be more wright. Some may say it is a "B" movie, I think it can't be in a alphabetical category. How could they rape the horror genre so hard and still getting on Netflix. Maybe it was the acting? No, it was horrible, horrible. Are those actors randomly picked on the street. I laughed a couple of times when the acting was so poor i just couldn't keep it. I think that was the only thing that was positive about this movie. Men o men o men, I've seen bad movies, but this one is taking the cake. I'm wasting my time by writing the review, but I just want to warn people. DON'T. WATCH. THIS. MOVIE. Even if you can live 1000 years and you have more then 750 million hours to do everything you want. Even then, even then I wouldn't recommend this to you in a life time.

This movie was interesting enough to keep watching. It's definitely not a "sit on the edge of your seat" horror film. It's definitely low budget with simple tactics to entertain viewers. It has the making of a decent story line, and would be scary for a 13-15 year old slumber party. There are a few frightening parts and some pretty decent effects. I'm a horror movie junkie and this movie was tolerable and interesting without being compared to box office hits. It's worth the watch on Netflix, for sure. The movie is a documentary style movie, like most low-budget horror films. The story line can get quite boring, with the slow progression, but enjoy it because that will probably be the "meat" of the movie. The ending kind of let me down, compared to the rest of the film, but I would recommend it to someone who's bored and wants to watch a scary movie.

I watched this movie with no expectation of a good time. Like most people who might read this, I am a huge horror fan and viewed this as a knock off in a genre of found video that has been far overdone already. And it was one with a new cast and low budget. In fact, I only gave it a try because it was a weeknight and I expected to fall asleep and Netflix had 4 out of 5 stars on it. It was surprisingly good. Though the acting and pot left a bit to be desired at times, this was genuinely a movie that outdid its predecessors. The film actually shows you what you should be afraid of rather than just have the camera shake a lot so you see nothing but dark when you are supposed to be scared. And it was well done so it actually worked - a pleasant surprise. I will say the plot was amazingly predictable, but then again, aren't they all. (Still waiting for a new move in the genre.) Overall, it was well worth the time and was not a gore fest. All of it was watchable - even with dinner.
