Heavy Metal is defined in this concert that slipknot performed. The way the band started the show with people = S**t was what really got me hooked on this and was just the first song. Blasting out their early songs like spit it out and liberate shows that they can get a crowd to go ballistic. Corey Taylor's vocals and screams, Mick and Jim's Guitars, Paul's bass, Joey's solo, and Shawn,Sid,and Chris's crazy performances are some of the craziest things I have ever seen. Shawn Crahan's way of entertaining is amazing and the stage moves that Jim root was pulling off shows that you don't have to constantly stand still on stage. The pyro techniques of were set at the right moments and livened up the performance even more than it was. Slipknot was able to get to people in London to go crazy just goes to show that they are capable of getting any crowd in any city to lose their minds. The final song to be played was just perfect and was as Corey said our new national anthem. This DVD sets Slipknot apart from all the poser bands.

The best live DVD i have ever seen in my life by one of my favorite bands ever is a must buy. If you have the 9.0: Live CD from Slpknot, you already have the sound to it.Me and my friends all bought Disasterpeices, and of course loved it, and then bought the CD, and noticed almost half of the songs (or more!) were actually just the Disasterpoeices DVD just without picture. There are many special features on the DVD such as: Live performances - 10/10 Videos - 8/10 Alternate Camera views - 5/10 there are a few more, only i don't remember them. But over all, the performances are amazing, but his singing isn't the best, but that's because of their masks and Corey's tired vocals. They only sound bad on the live CD.Warning: expect profanity, and lots of it!

Never have I seen such a intense and tight live DVD as this one! Slipknot is known to be one of the loudest and fastest band around, and they certainly prove this on Disasterpieces. Shot in London with thousands of dedicated fans, it couldn't possibly go wrong, and it definitely didn't! The set list is based around their earliest recordings, the self titled debut Slipknot from 1999 and IOWA from 2001. Usually, it can be a bit boring to have so little songs to choose from, but in Slipknot's case, it's no problem at all, because both albums are very good. From the very first tune they play, the crowd in London, and also you, get psyched to a ecstatic level. Never have extreme music been this good on a DVD recording! They never rest, and keeps on pumping out agony and hate for nearly 2 hours. Many times when you listen to this type of music, it has a tendency to get boring and similar after a while. Slipknot is not one of these cases. When the last song is through, you wish that it continue, but it's sadly enough over.As bonus on this DVD you get some promo videos that are fairly cool, but not so much more is to find on the two discs. But hey, this release is ESSENTIAL and should be found in every metal lovers DVD collection.

This DVD takes you through an entire concert back to front, it is recorded and put together in such a way that I cannot describe. The producers should be congratulated on their efforts! The songs are mostly from the album IOWA. If you are a Slipknot fan then this is a MUST-SEE because it really is something unique!
