Like both of these actors very much. First better than sequel. However, wondering what happened to the original house they inherited and just newly painted green? It appears to be a totally different house beyond a remodel...ha! Oh well, guess were not supposed to notice. I enjoy these two whatever they are starring in.

I enjoyed this film, and the two main characters seem to have good onscreen chemistry. The thing I do find laughable about all Hallmark movies is how the characters are of course not allowed to be shown as intimite until they're married. This movie was particularily silly in the fact they own this new B&B ,live in it together, but of course they don't share a bed or even a bedroom. In fact, HIS room gets completely soaked due to a roof leak so he stays at a friend's house, because in typical Hallmark fashion, he can't sleep in the same bedroom as his fiance. It's like this for EVERY Hallmark movie. I doubt the viewing audience would be scandalized if they showed...realistically that yes the couple do sleep together. This is 2018, not the 1800s.

... is not the different house or goats. It stems from the core of the relationship problem. Opening a B&B or starting a small business is a huge financial drain. Men go away for extended periods on occasion to provide for their family. For example, in the case of the US Navy, a deployment is 6 months. Brian going to work for several weeks- or even several months- would allow the business to have the necessary funds to operate. Of course, since this is a Hallmark movie it all turns out well in the end, but Jenny seemed awfully selfish and not understanding- especially when her supplier changed and she lost some of her limited income. It was refreshing to see a main male lead that didn't need a shave, although there were plenty of Guys Perpetually in Need of a Shave to be seen. The romance between the critic and the gigantor handyman dude was entertaining.

All of My Heart is a Hallmark favorite for everyone and I'm no exception. I cannot count how many times I have seen it so needless to say, after two years when the news of the sequel broke, I was ecstatic--I was going to be a guest at Emily's Country Inn with Jenny and Brian as my hosts. However, when I got there, there were some very big changes . The most obvious one was the house. It was not the rambling green farm house with the pretty front porch. This was a small blue one that looked like, from the outside, it could barely fit a family of four. The next big change was the kitchen. It was so homey in the first movie and now it was "renovated," and lost a lot of its charm. Third was Gabby and her kids--they were different goats all together. Ed Asher was barely in it, and as much as I adore Brennen Elliot and his character Brian, I felt Mr. Elliot did too much ad libbing. Lacey was as charming as ever, however, she did get a big sulky, which was a bit of out character. The romance subplots were okay, but not believable, especially the blogger one. It was nice to see our old All of My Heart Friends, however, that's the risk you make with a sequel--the first one is so loved it's hard sometimes to continue on with the story. I think Jenny and Brian's story can continue, but Hallmark will need to get better writers and please, if that does happen, go back to the original farmhouse. That was truly the "heart" in All of My Heart.
