I remember when I was little girl and all I wanted to do was dance, sing and act in plays for my family and relatives. I was part of a band and every day we would sing the same songs over and over, because we didn't realize that we should have been trying to CREATE original songs and dances and plays, and so on. I am so thankful that Mr. Whetstone had the determination to speak his mind, express his beliefs, and warn the world what will happen if they play God. You see it every day. The ACLU acts like God. They want God taken out of the public arena. It's wrong to tell others how to think. I am a born again believer, yet I don't force others to preach or talk about the ever after. Bravo Mr. Whetstone. And Bravo to the courageous actors and actresses that played the lead roles. The backdrop of the movie was absolutely gorgeous. I read it was somewhere in the Caribbean. Hope Island I believe...how apropos.

I've seen a thousand drama/action films. But this one had something no other drama-action movie has...a great actor. Jim Fitzpatrick is THE best actor I have ever seen in an drama/action movie. Better than Sly Stallone, Bruce Willis, Chuck Norris, Snipes and definitely Arnold. Why can't more great actors take rolls in action films? I would hope that even movie stars of Jim Fitzpatrick's quality would WANT to act in a great action film sometime. I would put Fitzpatrick on the same calibre as a Gregory Peck. Or a Jimmy Stewart calibre. The story was somewhat convoluted, but that never seemed to affect the lead actor. He was so believable, in such an unbelievable story line that he made us consider the possibilities of the plot. On a scale of 1 to 10, we give this actor, Fitzpatrick, a 10!

Anybody with a half of a brain can see what the writer/director Whetstone was creating when he made this movie. It is testament to his beliefs in GOD, and in the human spirit and it's ability to find it's way home (Heaven). When all is said and done, when our time here on earth comes to an end, where will you go? I BELIEVE, without hesitation, that I will enter the kingdom of heaven, and be with my Lord and Saviour for ALL eternity. For the life of me, I don't understand why so people want to have a movie do more than it sets out to do. I loved the basic style of film-making here. The actors were fantastic, I love Maria Conchita, and the scenery was breathtaking. I pulled-up the location on the internet and wow, Hopetown, is a beautiful place. I want to go to the lighthouse someday where Maria and the male lead (James Fitzpatrick) went to send their message, to the rest of the world. GOD bless you for continuing to support the rest of us Christians, with good, wholesome films.

I cannot believe that there are people out in the world that refuse to accept foresight and sci-fi concepts such as these. I am currently enrolled at Cambridge, and I was absolutely enthralled with the possibilities of this prose. How can you not hope to reach a higher level of understanding and meaning. As a Bio-Physics major, I am continually searching for answers without questions first. Ideas that have spawned a thought process of imagination. I believe as do another critic which I read earlier, that ALL things are possible, if you can think it. Otherwise, how did you come up with the concept. I firmly believe, that God gives us the dreams and imagination we have, because we can achieve it. As far as the film was concerned, I watched it several times. I recognized several British actors, as well as, the American James Fitzpatrick. I saw him another British Film, called U.S. Seals. A fine actor he is. If you are going to dream...dream imaginatively...not rehashed.
