Episode 26 - Trail Of The Witch
First Aired: March. 30,1952

Stage robbers are killing everyone on the stages that they rob. The local Sheriff sends for Gene for help. On their way to town, two outlaws try to ambush Gene and Pat. They capture one and the other gets away and they lose him near a cabin occupied by a witch. Gene and Pat take on a wagon load of gold and outside of town they are met by the Sheriff and the prisoner. They make the prisoner drive the wagon in hopes that they can capture the robbers. Instead, Gene and the Sheriff are captured by the robbers. With his great comical style, Pat saves Gene and the Sheriff this time.

Episode 25 - The Sheriff Is A Lady
First Aired: March. 23,1952

On their way back from a trip, Gene and Pat chase after gunsmugglers, Jack Wells and Gimme Porter. When Gene and Pat bring them in, a lady sheriff rides up, mistaking Gene and Pat for the outlaws, and takes them in. Afterwards, Sheriff Kathy and her brother, Horace ride off the inform the authorities of the arrest, meanwhile, Gene suspects a smart aleck, Dodge Hartman of being in cahoots with the outlaws. Kathy leanrs of Gene and Pat being marshals, and lets them go to find the real outlaws. Gene goes undecover as an entertainer for a saloon, when Pat recognizes the outlaws' horses, and leaves to get Kathy. The outlaws find Gene in the saloon, and after they get into a fight, Gene is captured, but Pat and Kathy ride to the rescue, and the real outlaws are behind bars.

Episode 24 - Six-Gun Romeo
First Aired: March. 16,1952

Pat has been corresponding with Adele and plans to marry her. BUT, Pat has sent her a picture of Gene, instead of himself. Gene and Pat foil a stage robbery but Adele is all over Gene and the robbers get away. One of the robbers has dropped a derringer during the robbery. Later, Jan also drops a derringer. Jan meets with Morgan and they plan to rob the bank. During the robbery, Gene chases Jan. She goes to Morgan's ranch where we find out she has been helping Gene to arrest Morgan for many local robberies. Throughout, Pat tries various plans to win back Adele. One song, name unknown.

Episode 23 - Trouble At Silver Creek
First Aired: March. 09,1952

This time around, Gene is a Sheriff and he happens on Chaulky White killing Kelly the Knifeman who is practicing his act on Pat. Chaulky is put in jail but escapes with help from Higgins and his associates. Higgins wants to marry Alice Caldwell and has some dirt on her father. Mr. Caldwell goes to see Higgins but instead sees Chaulky kill Higgins. Gene thinks Mr. Caldwell killed Higgins but Pat tells Gene otherwise. Chaulky is captured by Gene roping him. No song in this episode.

Episode 22 - Bullets and Bows
First Aired: March. 02,1952

Gene's boss is killed, and has no idea who it was. Maud, his spunky niece arrive to take over his ranch. She wants to sell the ranch, but Gene believes that the killer wants something with the ranch. Gene, and now=magician Pat track down a gunman named Chad Matthews. It turns out that Chad wanted Gene's boss's ranch for rustling purposes.

Episode 21 - Blazeaway
First Aired: February. 22,1952

Gene and Pat deliver a letter to Ma Walker from her son Billy. He sends her mother $1.00 and an apology for not seeing her on Mother's Day. When Gene and Pat ride into town, they chase after some outlaws who have just robbed a bank. They capture one of the outlaws, only to find it's Billy! Billy promises to go to jail after visiting his mother. The next day, the Walt Brandy gang ambush Gene and Pat and take take Billy hostage. The sheriff assumes Gene and Pat let him loose, so they're arrested. Ma goes after Billy, and Gene and Pat break out of jail to go after her. She then pleads for Billy's release, but the gang aren't compling. Ma is shot when she shields Billy from being shot by one of the gang members. The sheriff and his posse arrive and free Billy.

Episode 20 - Hot Lead And Old Lace
First Aired: February. 15,1952

Emily is preparing a show. Meanwhile, Neal Pearson has escaped from prison and Gene trails him to town. Neal has come to town for his share of stolen money from Curt Wayne. Curt shoots Neal but only after he tells Gene that they worked together. Curt trys to get away but Gene prevails in a fist-fight. Songs: ""Mexicali Rose"" and ""Pretty Mary.""

Episode 19 - The Ruthless Renegade
First Aired: February. 08,1952

A new power-hungry mayor of Dry-Gultch, Manson, wants to drive newspaper editor Jean Winslow, and her son Timmy out of Dry Gultch. The new sheriff Gene, and his partner, Pat are called in to investigate. Jean doesn't think Gene will be any help, but she is later convinced otherwise, when Gene goes after Manson's men, who have kidnapped Timmy, and his father, to scare her out of town. Gene (and Pat sort of) come to the rescue, and the Winslow family is back together in a stronger bond, while Pat's song is completed.

Episode 18 - The Western Way
First Aired: February. 01,1952

Frank Graham's daughter has died, and finds out that he has a grandson named, Frank Scott. Frank Graham decides to make Frank Scott his heir. This disappoints his nephew, Paul Greeley, who was planning on inheriting the estate. Paul is in debt to gambler, Duke Ferris. Graham askes Gene and Pat to meet the stage bearing his grandson, arriving in time to drive away Duke's henchmen, who arrived to murder Frank so Paul could be a heir.

Episode 17 - The Lawless Press
First Aired: January. 25,1952

Gene inherit half of a ranch, known as the Lazy L Ranch. On his way to claim the his half, he is ambushed by three masked outlaws known as Bart, Lem, and Cady. Gene captured Cady, and he and Pat bring him in, but Cady isn't talking. The other heir, Pauline Logan wants to sell the Lazy L, but Gene refuses. Gene and Pauline divide their halves of the ranch, only to find that Pauline has no kitchen on her side, and Gene won't feed her, to make her behave. Pauline fakes a sprained ankle, so Gene loans Champion, and she rides over to Latimer, who she was going to sell to. Cady is killed when he was about to attack Gene, and reveals that oil is found on the Lazy L. Gene and Pat ride over to Latimer's, stop the lease signing, and bring them in.

Episode 16 - Rock River Feud
First Aired: January. 18,1952

Pat inherits a stage line from a distant relative. Gene and Pat head out west to pick it up. Gene runs into a crippled kid named Bonnie, whose father is away. When Gene starts to talk with her, he sees a masked outlaw who ambushes Pat. When Gene and Pat get to Rock River, Gene learns of a long dispute between the Buttrams and the Fords. Bonnie was a victim of the feud, with her uncle Jim Ford in jail, for shooting Terry Buttram. Gene looks for Lafe, her father, finding out that Big Mike is possing as him to get ahold of Pat's stage line. He and a partner pose as Fords, ambush and kill Pat! When they close in, Pat comes back to life, and he and Gene bring them in, settling the dispute between the Buttrams and the Fords.

Episode 15 - Horse Sense
First Aired: January. 11,1952

Miss Nettie, who is the new self-acclaimed sheriff, jails Gene and Pat, accusing them of being counterfeiters. Gene sings, soothing Miss Nettie, allowing them to escape, to bring in the real counterfeiters, who have been acting like complete gentlemen around her. After they are brought in, Miss Nettie gives Gene and Pat a pardon, and jails the real counterfeiters, while at the same time, resigns as sheriff.

Episode 14 - Trouble at Melody Mesa
First Aired: January. 04,1952

Gene and Pat catch a gunslinger, who was on his way to a secret rendezvous. Gene goes to investigate, leaving Pat to take Jackson to jail. Gene goes to the cabin where Jackson was supposed to rendezvous, and finds himself knocked unconscious. The sheriff, and Sam Taggert have Gene arrestes for killing a man, but Sam is behind the whole thing, who wanted his boss killed, so he could have Jackson hired. Gene breaks out of jail, and he and Pat ride off to find the real criminals. On their way, Sam's men ambushed them. Sam rides back to town, when Gene closely behind him, bringing him in.

Episode 13 - Heir To The Lazy L
First Aired: December. 29,1951

Jerry Miller becomes involved with a train robber, Vance Evans to receive a quick buck to support to his younger siblings, Sue and Bobby. When Jerry rides home, Vance's henchmen capture him to drop him in a hole. Gene and Pat save Jerry, and ride after the outlaws who are now after Sue and Bobby. Afterwards, Jerry convinces Gene he's not one of the outlaws. Gene then goes out to find more information. Sue warns him about the approaching outlaws, and Gene knocks them unconscious, only to find he's held up by Vance. Gene is forced to drive him and Bobby, who is now his hostage out of town, Gene drives the wagon, but then jumps into the buckboard, and brings Vance in.

Episode 12 - Galloping Hoofs
First Aired: December. 22,1951

The sheriff of Melody Mesa has Gene pose as a music teacher to gain access to a mine he suspects is the hideout ofr a counterfeiting headquarters. Gene makes a recording of his singing to distact Roger Merritt, the owner of the mine, while he and Pat investigate the tunnel. Pat finds the hideout and sneaks some coins, and goes after Gene, who gets into a fight witj foreman Robinson, and his gang. Pat is knocked unconscious, and recovers with amnesia. Gene finds out that Roger isn't involved with the counterfeiting. Pat is found with the coins, and is arrested. Pat then regains his memory, and he and the sheriff go after Gene. It turns out Robinson is the real culpret, and tries to ride off with his dismantled equiment, but Gne, Pat, and the sheriff catch him, and arrest him.

Episode 11 - The Return Of Maverick Dan
First Aired: December. 15,1951

Miss Lucy, and old maid of Boulder Bluff decides to leave, being fed up with the conflict between Tom Colby, and his stepfather, George. Pat's stage's horse run away, and Gene catches them at a spot where outlaw Ace Judkins is hiding, Pat mistakens Gene for the bandits. Ace pretends to be a U.S. Marshal, and he and Pat bring Gene in, where Gene sees Ace's face on a wanted poster. Gene hears that gold has been stolen, and George Colby has been killed. Gene suspects Tom, and arrests him, but Miss Lucy is confident that he's innocent. Gene follows one of the outlaws to Ace's hideout, while Pat follow's Gene's trail of wanted posters. The outlaws is double-crossed, and killed, when Pat and his posse arrive. The outlaws are brought in, and Tom is off the hook.

Episode 10 - The Kid Comes West
First Aired: December. 08,1951

The Wild West is swathed in ribbon and silk when tailor, Pat Buttram is mistakenly sent a shipment of women's clothes. Burr Rasmsey, would-be town kingpin, wants to throw the quiet town wide open for gambling. He see his chance for putting Pat, whose shop is the last remaining building standing in the way of a casino, out of business. When the clothes are stolen, Gene Autry tricks Ramsey into proof of the robbery.

Episode 9 - Outlaw Escape
First Aired: December. 01,1951

Gene and Pat rescue a girl who was being chased by three men. She claims to be on Tonia Castelar. Once in town, Gene run into the three outlaws, and starts a fight. When a tax collector hears Gene and Pat are after ""El Avengador"", he has them guard a stage the next day, but Gene refuses. While Pat stays with Tonia, Gene and sheriff find a stage attackes, and the tax collector killed. Pat learns that Tonia is the leader of an outlaws, and askes Gene not to arrest her. She lets Gene and PAt ggo, right when the outlaws, led by Wade Morgan, attack. The sheriff arrives and finds out that Wade is El Avengador, and Tonia are promised a pardon.

Episode 8 - Bandits Of Boulder Bluff
First Aired: November. 24,1951

Two masked outlaws rob a buckboard driver of his silver bars. Gene rides after the outlaws, while Pat aids the driver. When Gene has one of the men cornered, the other knockes him unconscious. Gene recovers with a bad headache, and Pat breaks the news that the driver is dead. They find out that he was carrying silver, and visit the sheriff, who explains that this is the fourth robbery in a row. Gene gives Dorrie Taylor, a new townsperson to her Uncle's ranch, when they discover a masked outlaws killing another stage driver, who is Dorrie's uncle. Gene drops Dorrie off at her uncle's ranch, not knowing that their housekeeper, Ada Mitchell is the ringleader of a counterfeiting gang. Dorrie is kidnapped, and Gene and Pat ride after her. Gene is ambushed by the gang, but he brings them down, and takes them in, and Ada Mitchell, and is able to save Dorrie.

Episode 7 - Revenge Trail
First Aired: November. 17,1951

Jud Halsey, the editor and publisher of The Tribune newspaper, prints headlines of crimes before they actually happen. His newest headline reads ""Gold Stage Robbed-Sheriff Killed"", and has his son, Burke in charge of carrying it out. Jud hopes that Burke will be promoted to sheriff, which will mean they'll get to run the town. Burke kills the sheriff, but Gene and Pat stop the gold robbery. With that, Gene is named sheriff, although Jud and Burke protest. Burke brings in his henchman, Pete, who knocks Gene unconscious, but that doesn't stop him from continuing his job as sheriff. The next headline reads ""Stage Robbed Again-Autry killed"". Pat notices this headline, and rides after Gene, who is accompaning the stage. Pat saves Gene's life, and Jud and Burke are arrested.

Episode 6 - Warning! Danger!
First Aired: November. 10,1951

Gene helps Doc Leary from a wagon hold up, not knowing that Doc staged the hold up. Later, the local marshal, Douglas Vance gets into a fight with his old enemy, Milo Miller. Doc then gives instuctions to Ennis, the leader of the holdup to kill Douglas and Milo. Before he kills Milo, Doc reveals his real name as Johnny MacClain. Milo is able to tell Douglas that he's next on the list. Milo's foreman, Hod Baker accuses Douglas of the murder and Gene arrests him. Gene found out that he and Milo had sentenced Johnny to death, but his sentence was commuted. Gene rides after the outlaws and captures Ennis. He and Pat, who is now practicing hypnotism and hypnotizes Johnny, who tells his real name, and goes to kill Douglas, but Gene catches him, and now he is behind bars, and Douglas is in front of bars.

Episode 5 - Framed For Trouble
First Aired: November. 03,1951

Gene,Pat, and a young woman named Lita are on their way to deliver a shipment of gold bars, worth a quarter of a million dollars. A gang of outlaws lead by Duke Travis attack them, but get away when Gene rescues Lita. Gene then goes after the outlaws, who have headed to Ghost Town. Gene then contacts law agencies in order to track down the goldbars, which are found at the Mexican border, being sold as nuggets. Gene, Pat, and the Mexican officials ride down to Duke's mine, only to find that it hasn't produced gold nuggets in years. Gene traces the gold back to Ghost Town that are being sold is horseshoes with an iron shell to hide them. Gene recovers the gold, takes Duke's gang in, and Pat claims he's seen a ghost.

Episode 4 - Killer's Trail
First Aired: October. 27,1951

Gene arrives in Cottonwood to track down outlaw, Maverick Dan. Gene runs into his younger sister, Barbara (who Dan dubs, Bonnie), who believes her older brother is innocent. When Gene finds a place for Barbara to stay, an outlaw gang, led by Dan, is raiding a stagecoach, Gene chases after them, but they escape. Gene finds clues in the mayor's office that Cottonwood is rich in Tungsen Ore. The mayor finds Gene, and sends him to sheriff Pat Buttram, who lets him off the hook. Barbara tries to warn Dan, but is caught by two of the mayor's henchmen, who make her part of their plan to capture Gene. Gene finds the real Maverick Dan, who is really the mayor in disguise. With that, Gene and Barbara bring in the outlaws.

Episode 3 - Silver Dollars
First Aired: October. 20,1951

Pat and his wagon passenger, Diana Jamison are attacked by two men, who plan to abduct Diana, but Gene is able to foil their plans. Steve Kinney tries to scare Diana's father, Dave into selling his ranch to have two ranches linked togethe across the border to smuggle good. Steve tries to ambush Dave, but is unsuccessful, and Gene is able to apprehend one of his outlaw members. The two men, then attack Dave's ranch and kidnap Diana. Gne chases after them, only able to apprehend on of them. Gene and Pat plan a sneak attack, by smoking the outlaws out, while Pat rescues Diana. Steve meanwhile forces Dave to sign an agreement, but Gene arrives to save the day, and brings Steve in.

Episode 2 - Frontier Guard
First Aired: October. 13,1951

Pat is elected sheriff of Goose Creek, and makes Gene his deputy. Pat's job: to track down escaped convict, Red Lambert, who is is heading towards Goose Creek. Gene and Pat head out through the countryside, but when Pat falls behinds, he runs into Red, who forces him to switch outfits. Red, wearing Pat's outfit ambushes Gene and takes his guns. Gene then finds Pat in a black and white striped outfit. They head to Hiram Glover's ranch for guns. Gene and Pat find themselves trapped by Hiram and his daughter (who Pat of course has a crush on). The Glovers are helping Red out, who's trying to prove he's innocent. Gene and Pat are able to escape, and find evidence that Brad Bidwell, who hired Pat, was the killer of the former sheriff.
