A magazine-style television series on BBC1 which was broadcast from May 1973 to June 1994, presented by Esther Rantzen, with various changes of co-presenters. The show presented hard-hitting investigations alongside satire and occasional light entertainment.

At the Hillsborough disaster, Trevor Hicks had to stand by helplessly while both his daughters stopped breathing and he did not know what to do. In a special programme Esther Rantzen and the team join forces with St John Ambulance to help viewers learn how to give the 'Breath of Life'.
