I dare say that most -- if not all -- positive reviews of this embarrasing excuse for a movie is fake. This is one of the worst action movie attempts I´ve ever seen. If it had even the slightest taste of something funny -- it doesn´t -- it could MAYBE pass as a clumsy attempt on a parody over Rock ´n Rolla. It´s beyond me how anyone can put their name on this travesty. Trust me, you do NOT want to waste your time (and certainly not money) on this BS.

It is about time, that we had a hollywood style movie well over due. A great action movie, even better than Jason Stratham I think.Mindless action, which flows, I did not even feel bored during it, and usually I figit or take a break from the movie.I could even see Scott Adkins being a good James Bond, either now, or in the future, get it back to basics and kick blondey out.

In the bonus segment of the DVD of "Accident Man," the film's director, Jesse V. Johnson, described his film as "'The Office' with violence." As the behind-the-scenes track rolled, one of the cast members described her experience in working on the film as "having a blast."But the director and performers may not have recognized just how unpleasant this film was to the viewers. Johnson described his concept of the lead character Mike Fallon as follows: "I didn't wanna lighten him up; I wanted to keep it very dark." But at some point, the brakes should have been applied to the fight sequences and death scenes. The character of Fallon was based on a comic strip character. But there was nothing that required Johnson to make the character as dark as he was portrayed in the film. As it turned out, the director got exactly what he intended: a gloomy, depressing, and one-note action picture. This would have been a better film if it were "lightened up" a little. There was good potential in the film to humanize Fallon's character more completely, especially in the portrayal of his love for his ex-girlfriend Beth. But it was difficult to see a sensitive side of Fallon when characters like Charlie are consistently telling him what an awful person he is. "Accident Man" is typical of so many British thrillers that go overboard on the violence at the expense of character development. There were some talented performers with skills in martial arts and fight choreography. But the ultimate effect of the film was unwholesome and nasty.

I fell asleep during Accident Man. I really like Scott Adkins (Boyka) but I don't know about this. Too much non-contact in the meant to be "wow" fight scenes I think. He tried to do a Guy Ritchie meets Jason Statham. Maybe it pulled it off. Perhaps its hard to feel positive for the protagonist who kills innocent people. Its a fine line to have the audience root for the bad guy, which we like to do. I don't think they achieved that here, so if you can't identify with the main character, well, I fall asleep. You be the judge. Its not bad, its just ordinary with enough clever moments to sustain it for a while.
