I love Hallmark Christmas movies, but for me Angels and Ornaments is the best. Heartwarming and moving. I thought the actors were great and the movie Theme was touching with a wonderful, heartwarming twist. Mostly I loved the music. If you don't like this movie then you don't have a sentimental bone in your body.

This was a real "10" for a Christmastime movie. They may all arrive at the same predictable place in the end, but the journeys vary. This was a sweet journey. The plot was a bit intriguing and the casting was very well done, in my opinion. Of course, it may have gotten a little "soupy" in the end, but it's a Christmastime movie and I loved it. Probably my favorite for this season. I always make sure to check out every new Hallmark Christmas movie or Lifetime or where ever I find them. 2014's were, overall, pretty darn good. If you like the them, be sure to see this one. I actually watched it twice! Good story too! Christmas Under Wraps was good too.

Like one of the reviewers said, "give it a chance." I almost didn't watch it either. The beginning was a bit slow + rough, but the actors who played David, Corrine and "Harold" were very good and believable, and I liked the store and stage settings. (Don't miss this great song!) After watching the beginning, I fast forwarded to the middle (which seemed really good), and when I couldn't tell what was going on, I decided to go ahead and give it a try and went back to the beginning. Yay!! I'm soooo glad I did. It was a very sweet and touching movie... As one of the reviewer's alluded to: you can't *always* tell in the first few minutes if it's going to be a good one or not. (I do that, too.) ;) There were some very inspirational and meaningful (and surprising) twists and turns in the story. I really liked it a lot! (This next section may be considered somewhat of a SPOILER, but that's why we like Hallmark movies; for HEAs, or Happily Ever Afters.) ;) If you are a romantic, like me, you will like this movie. OK? (And I DID like the year later scene.) Hang in there and watch this movie all the way from beginning to end. Don't fast-forward or you will miss important parts. Then write a review in response to mine. :-) Enjoy!

The twelve new Hallmark movies for the Christmas season of 2014 have been disappointing and this may be the worst of all. There seems to be no original story, no refreshing dialogue and only fair acting. I'm getting somewhat tired of these Hallmark movies that are supposed to be set in the USA and clearly feature all Canadian actors. The lead in this one who is a good actress with a large TV background is not only Canadian but French Canadian playing a woman from New York City. The accents give them all away. If Hallmark would set these films in Canada I could accept it, but they are too cheap and trying to fool the TV viewers. Overall, however it was the very weak plot that doomed this film.
