Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century (1999)

The Old Disney Channel (back when they were DECENT !!!!!), blasted off into space with a remarkable series of films based on the book series with the same name. It's called "Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century," and it's about a 13-year old girl who lived in space and she goofed up with the code so much, she was "grounded" to Earth, a place that at first she didn't like, but turned out to love that planet and enjoy it too. Also, remember when boy bands OWNED the airwaves in the late 90s/early 00s????? There was one; Protozoa (ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM !!!!!)The reason for this positive review is that my family loves this movie so much, as well as the other two parts of it!!!!! I really wish that the series was out on DVD soon. However, there are a couple of negative parts:1. This would be the start of hiring old farts onto Disney Channel shows. I mean, look at most of the actresses they hire!!!!! You'd think they'd be born in the same time their characters do, but NOOOO !!!!! (Some are old enough to drink now, for goodness sakes!!!!!)2. This movie MADE Raven the "Queen" of this station. I mean, all I ever see now is Raven, Raven, and - you guessed it - RAVEN !!!!! Enough is enough!!!!!But, despite those bumps in the road, "Zenon" is a very good, very decent movie the whole family can enjoy, after all these years.10/10

i have to totally disagree with the people before me.for one,Kristen Storms(?) cant act for her life. i am 13 and i watched Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century when i was like 9 and I still successfully HATED it. really, the plot goes nowhere, the characters are pointless, and the "cool and futuristic" language is really lame. sorry to pop your bubble, folks, but the whole movie is pointless. and not even entertaining pointless, stupid pointless! maybe it could be considered a good movie just so you could laugh at its insane stupidity. the best part of the movie either is the insane costumes or the ending song, zoom zoom zoom. definitely the song-- ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM YOU MAKE MY HEART GO BOOM BOOM MY SUPER NOVAH GIRL! definitely the song.it would get a one, but the song upgrades it to a two.

This has the best lines like major. It is so good, zetus lopetus, go see it now. Anyone who hasn't seen it is totally minor. The costumes are great and original major! Raven and the blonde girl show so much promise in their future, so llok out, because they will become the next Oprah Winfreys or Bill Clintons like major!
